Speak Healing to Your Body

Sickness and disease may try to show up in our bodies, but hear me clearly, they are trespassers. They do not have permission to stay where God has already declared healing and wholeness.

This week, I experienced this personally. I was in such pain in my knees, and my job requires me to climb several flights of stairs on the side of a mountain. That day, my body was not cooperating, and the pain felt overwhelming.

But in that moment, I remembered the Word and the teachings I had received. The Holy Spirit brought back to my remembrance that I cannot tolerate sickness in my body. I must speak to it.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue,

And those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverbs 18:21 NKJV)

I had been declaring the Word, but I realized I needed agreement. There is power when we come into agreement with what Heaven is saying.

“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19 NKJV)

So I began to intentionally surround myself with the Word. I listened to healing scriptures and declarations throughout the day. I let the Word play over and over, saturating my atmosphere.

And something began to shift.

“He sent His word and healed them,

And delivered them from their destructions.” (Psalm 107:20 NKJV)

By the end of the day, I noticed a difference. My knees felt better. My entire body began to respond. Why? Because the Word was going forth, and my body had to align with it.

It didn’t matter that the voice I was listening to was no longer alive on earth. God’s Word is alive.

“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;

It shall not return to Me void,

But it shall accomplish what I please.” (Isaiah 55:11 NKJV)

This is your reminder:

It is time to put the Word in your heart and in your mouth.

Do not tolerate what God has already defeated.

Do not give space to what Heaven has already removed.

“Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24 NKJV)

Healing belongs to you.
